I want to build a cloud based lawyer practice management software . where individual lawyers or practice software can use it on cloud or in a private cloud. I want to divide the project into 4 phases. first phase will be the software architacture document and specification second phase is the wireframes designs for web and mobile apps third phase is the development phase forth phase is the testing and manual / software documentation. here is a basic idea on the modules which will be there : Billing & Invoicing Calendar Management Case & Client History Case Management Client Management Client Portal Conflict Management Contact Management Contract Management Document Management Email Management Financial Management HR Management Library Management Records Management Task Management Time Tracking Trust Accounting
