Correct bugs and module customization on Joomla website

Hello, we need to finish a website and have 3 issues to solve.
1. modification in a Virtuemart template to make the cart working and price application.
2. Add a AND function in a custom module to have a multi criteria selection of users retrieived from Jomsocial
3. Add a second mandatory checkbox in Virtuemart checkout and Payplan with popup to displax content.
