Create a customized B2B online store with 3 tier pricing levels and customer login access only

I am looking to create an online store for our business which will be a separate domain URL to our regular one such as [login to view URL] for example. The key features this store must be able to achieve is as follows:
- Have a 'login only' access page for all customers. If you don't have a username/password, you cannot login and gain access
- Each customer that is given a login will have a set price level (1 of 3 price levels - Gold, Silver, or Bronze) and will be assigned the price level on the back end of the website
- The website must be branded in our company colours and with our logo
- It must be mobile friendly and modern design and user feel
- Customers must be able to browse all 1400+ products and be able to place orders
- Credit card processing is not needed, but the ability to place an order and include credit card details on the checkout page is a must, along with other custom fields such as PO#, etc.
- The platform used must be easy for our in house staff to add products and change descriptions, etc. when needed in the future
