Create a Wordpress Template

I need a ready made wordpress template that I can install on Wordpress with provided instructions by the designer (the blog in question is a website). \r\n\r\nThe website will be used mainly for blogging - fashion and lifestyle. All customised coding instructions should be provided as list as well. Specified commands that must be included in the list are as listed below:\r\n\r\n- For word content, an option should be given where an unlimited number of columns.\r\n- S background image option (infinite, no matter how much i scroll i should still be able to see the background image)\r\n- Featured image should be given the option to be filled as the entire individual section or a cropped image\r\n- Blog content categories should be spaced out evenly with customisable social media icons at the top of the site\r\n- Live instagram stream should be provided at the bottom of the site window (to be inputed by user)\r\n- Live twitter stream should be included on the left of the main site page (to be inputed by user)\r\n
