I read your project and I think I'll need more information about that. For example: - Will the page be really like that (HTML page, with non-marked tables as most part of data)? - Is it just to "upload" and show really, or does the system have to process all or any of the data that is in the page? - Instead of copy & paste, could it be really file upload? - Showing the page, it has to be exactly equal as it is, no matter the Drupal template layout, or would it kind of embedded? Considering those above and another stuff you may want to do, we have to analyze all of that (a to-do list would be great, the URL link if it's online too), then I can try to review my price and time expectations.
