custom wordpress contact form php script

I have created a custom contact form template for my Wordpress project. I have created the contact form template along with the validation, the only thing that I require is the php script to send the information across the server. The contact form that i have created though has a list of recipients (dropdown selection) to choose from. The list of recipients (dropdown selection) changes based on the page selected. For example, if the page == north is selected then a set list of recipients will appear, if the page ==south is selected then another set list of recipients will appear. So i need a contact form script that is able to detect this and send it to the allocated recipient. Then lastly there is a general contact page and on this general contact page there isn't a dropdown selection field, there is a designated recipient, so for the general contact page the recipient email address is built in (just like a standard contact form) so when someone comes to this page, it will just automatically be send to the email address that has been designated in the back end. *I want one script to be created not multiple scripts for the multiple pages, because this is highly inefficient. There should only be one scripting page that is able to handle all these different selections. I would like this project to be done as soon as possible. I think a day for a project like this is achievable.
