Customisation of JS Jobs plugin (wordpress) from joomsky

I have purchased and installed the wordpress plugin JS Jobs on my customer website but my customer require further customisation on the plugin something which is beyond me but should be quite easy for any good developer. The good thing is, the plugin is opensource hence you can add any code you want to it to enhance the features. I need certain fields to be added to the plugin: -Field that would breakdown the availability hours for an applicant to select as applicable. -A field that would allow the administrator to upload the Criminal record of the applicant to the system. -Comment from interview -Once all recruitment process for an applicant is complete, there should be a green mark against the applicant and the applicant file should be moved automatically to a new folder called employees. Anybody applying for this job must be good with coding wordpress especially forms and must be available
