พัฒนา web application ด้วย PHP Laravel (หรือ Cake) โดยจะมี Designer ที่ออกแบบ Layout และ ให้ Image asset ต่างๆ ให้แล้ว พัฒนาตาม Mock up web application จะทำงานในลักษณะเป็น Hub สำหรับ มูลนิธิต่างๆให้เข้ามาลงทะเบียนเพื่อรองรับการบริจาคจากผู้บริจาคในรูปแบบต่างๆ เช่น ผ่านบัตรเครดิต ตัดบัญชี QR หรือ Line (ขอบเขตของงานเป็นแค่การเชื่อมต่อ Redirect ไปที่ Gateway หนึ่งๆ แต่ไม่ต้องพัฒนาเรื่องการชำระเงินเอง) สามารถพัฒนาจากที่อื่นได้ แต่ตอนทดสอบต่างๆต้องเข้ามาทำงานในที่สำนักงานใหญ่ (กรุงเทพ) Screen ต่างๆ ที่อยู่ในขอบเขตการพัฒนา Donors • View Organizations - Display story and donation method selection • Donation Status - Display result of the payment from Payment Gateway, Direct Transfer, or Rabbit Line Payment • List Donation Transactions - Search for all the donation transactions based on the input from donors like citizen id, full name, and mobile number Administrators • Manage Organizations - List all organization that were registered so far and can be filtered by some information • Register Organizations - Input form to register new organizations • Update Organizations - Update form to modify some information about registered organizations • Remove Organizations - A confirmation page to delete an organization • View Donation History - List all the transactions made during a period and can be filtered by some information • System Parameter Configuration - Display the current system parameter and allow the administrator to modify • Login - Login page for administrator การเชื่อมต่อไประบบอื่นๆที่อยู่ในขอบเขต (Consumer) • Credit Card Payment Gateway • Direct Debit Payment Gateway • QR Image Retrieval • Rabbit Line Payment Gateway การเชื่อมต่อจากระบบอื่นๆที่อยู่ในขอบเขต (Provider) • QR Payment Notification โดยในลักษณะการทำงานเป็นรูปแบบของ โครงการที่ต้องมีการเข้ามาฟัง requirement และ design ร่วมกันกับหน่วยงานที่ดูแล มีเอกสารที่ต้องจัดส่งต่อไปนี้ (โดยสามารถรรับทำบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมดได้ ซึ่งงบประมาณก็จะต่างกันไป) a.
