Based on issue posted in the description it is being caused by the FileSystem implementation provided by “Media_oembed” module, this needs to be configured properly, there are some issue with it’s configuration or may be other module is taking priority over the file system which is not passing the correct information to Drupal system. Filesystem related module needs to be fixed. Secondly, will have to verify if there is any bug in the current version of the module, if so that may need to be updated to correct/recommended release and then re-configure it.
