Finish SMS Softwar Modifications

What we need is: First of all, we need **responsable decent professional developer** because based on our experience by now, that is the most difficult part of our requirements. *Birthday Messages (is a native feature) is not sending the text messages from the correct user phonebook list. (the previous coder fuck up this feature). *Contact list/Phonebook is a native function is nor open and working fluently/properly. (the previous coder fuck up this feature). *Our SMS software have a native function can change user to "resellers" and those reseller can have users. For some reason this native function is not working properly. ***NO HIDDEN FEES AFTER SELECT A PROGRAMMER*** ***NO SURPRISING FEES WILL BE ACCEPTED*** ***We need a Clean Job, a Professional Grade Job PLEASE !! ***We need the entire job done in 3 days.
