Finish a Web based CMS (3/4 through)

We are looking for a developer whom is fluent in both C# and VB, along with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Primarily VB.NET will be the language most employed with a view of moving the project over to C# at a later date. SQL, T-SQL are also requirements, along with a full understanding of the SDLC. We need a self-thinker and a self-starter, someone who is able to take our project by the horns and have the confidence and ability to, together with our other senior developer, seeing this project into completion. The task; We have a simple web based application which is ¾ of the way through to completion and which needs your wizardry to see it through. In its simplest terms the application is a web based CMS which has an interface primarily targeted at mobile devices. Content is then pulled from this CMS and displayed on the iStoreFront devices. Technologies used to date are; • .NET 4.5 • VB • SQL (2008R2) • HTML, CSS, JQuery/JS • Bootstrap The tasks before you will require your working right across the full range from HTML to SQL and everything in-between.
