Fix an Alipay issue

We have migrated to a newer more powerful server. In the process certain items have been such as the OS and Apache the , one such item is PHP has been upgraded from 5.3 to PHP 5.6. Most things now work OK but one which does not is our Alipay payment service. Our Paypal payment works correctly, but the Alipay does not. We would like you to trace through the function, talking to Alipay support (available in English) if necessary to fix the problem.
