fix rss script and scrap script to run error's

all the rss joomla xml feed for sobipro is working except one feed, it give this error when making an xml of the feed useing curl and joomla librairies : /home/jobsdonedeal/public_html/components/com_sobipro/[login to view URL] SobiProCtrl -> getSection() @ /home/jobsdonedeal/public_html/components/com_sobipro/lib/ctrl/[login to view URL] Sobi :: Error() @ /home/jobsdonedeal/public_html/components/com_sobipro/lib/ctrl/[login to view URL] SPJoomlaMainFrame -> runAway() @ /home/jobsdonedeal/public_html/components/com_sobipro/lib/[login to view URL] JError :: raiseError() @ the second script is a scraper in php returning this error : Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/jobsdonedeal/public_html/euro/euro1/[login to view URL] on line 190 01/01/70 -- 0--------[Page: 1] and [Position: ]------- ------------------------------------------- You will be given a test server to make both scripts work on and then this will be applied to a live server, were the environment is slightly different , php 6.7 i think, the out put might be effected by server settings which will need to be defeated tactfully.
