Budget range Explanation of programming needs to obtain all the features of the vendor database. 1. A membership database will be created to include individual member profiles 2. In order to create the member log in we must first create an automated form to capture and validate the vendors information 3. An automated response system must be built to send said vendors their and activation code. 4. We will then create a welcome page by which the member will activate his account and create a personal password and receive is member ID which will serve as his or her user name. This allows us to track all information from this specific user. 5. The profile page must be created to allow the vendor to now create and update his information. All information will then be stored in your data base 6. Once all of the above is created we then need to create an admin backend 7. The admin back end will allow you to pull reports base on queries, these reports will also be printable for review. 8. You will also have in place what is called false filters in place these filters will help eliminate and erroneous vendors. Because these vendors information will be made available online we need to contain the number of false vendors this maintains your reputation. 9. Email campaign module present data base will be integrated into a data base that will collect member information for use in detailed email campaigns. Vendor Relations Database Vendors will have an administrative login that will allow them to set and modify specific rates based on date and or yearly period. This information will be added to a data base and later used to help attract said vendors for future business.
