Help complete a complex website

We are converting a website that was never finished from hand-built (CI) code into a CMS (Wordpress) website. Most of the core features and plugins are already in place, however we need an experienced developer to help with some of the harder programming as there are many functional customizations. To give you an overview, this is for a membership site with two types of users and different access levels / subscription levels. This part has been setup with Paid-Memberships-Pro and we will need help restricting some parts of the site to the various levels. Additionally, the two types of members will be able to communicate with each other We are using Contact Forms 7 (and Contact Form DB) for this and passing dynamic data to the contact form (username, message, etc). The core of this is working, but needs refining and notifications passed to Buddypress's notifications We are searching 1 type of member (with a few different options for the various membership plans of that type). To do so, we are using GeoMyWordpress with the KLEO theme and customized searches with XProfile field user meta Part of the job required includes creating custom shortcodes, functions/plugins to bring the site to the next level and complete it 100% As an example, the non-searchable membership type will be able to send a message (CF7) to all searchable-members that match a $VARIABLE or certain critera within the XProfile Fields Since most of this is started, we do not need the website re-created. After it is complete, we will look at redesigning it in the best way possible but for now are looking for the quickest turnaround. We have gone through several freelancers that claimed to be able to do the job but did not understand the process.
