Help Us - to Hire "JS/PHP Coder" and Help Us - to Hire "PSD Photoshop Designer"

Your task is to: Post Local Ads and help us find individuals for hire that will be perfect fit for us: We are looking for: Full time PHP/JS coder 160 hrs per month or more. Pay is RS 110 per hour or more... depends... We are also looking for Photoshop PSD Graphic Designer Help us find these people. They need to work directly for us, from their home. We will reward you with pay for helping us finding these people. Terms and Conditions for Milestones: 1) Your recommended person needs to work for us for at least 3 weeks, every worked week of this person - you will receive pay for each mile-stone. So there will be 3 weeks work trial, each week of successful work without quitting and without getting fired is your mile-stone pay. 2) Person must quality and get pre-approved and approved by our Indian Manager remotely via shared computer screen, phone conversations, emails, messages etc... we need to make sure that hired app developer can qualify for assignments and long term work with our company. 3) We prefer that you recommend us person with knowledge of Bengali and medium level knowledge / basic understanding of English language too. However - Bengali is the important one. No Tamil please... 4) We accept all surrounding areas: India, Bangladesh and other Bengali speaking individuals and Bengali speaking Origins and Countries. We will accept individuals from other countries too only if their English language is acceptable: Philippines, and Vietnam and other Countries as well. 5) If this project is successful - you can also become our Hiring Manager / Contractor and get paid for finding right individuals to work remotely from home as full time and part time developers, designers, data entry and much more. 6) Everything will be recorded, screen-shots saved, calls incoming and outgoing will be on file, if person is not hired by us then you do not receive your pay. If person is fired or quits on his own during 2nd or 3rd week then you do not receive 2nd week milestone or 3rd week milestone.
