Help with PHP nova

Hi there- We have a fully developed web application (PHP - nova framework ), - and we are looking for someone highly efficient and professional to change front end with a new template and add a couple features. We are looking for an innovative professional team with effective communication skills. The perfect candidate should be able to understand the actions and reactions of the code, and how it behaves when they implement changes to it. English language is a must- you need to speak it fluently- we don't mind the accent as long as we can understand each other. About the application - our platform connects the companies looking for the workforce with qualified job seekers. Web application is used by the clients to post jobs - mobile applications are used by the workers to review and apply to jobs. Jobs are displayed on the map and in the list.
