Javascript/PHP Booking system (No CSS)

It must show a weekly calendar (Must be able to show more) when you double click on a day it must create a 1 hour block (always 1 hour fixed) from the time you clicked, user must be able to drag the block to change the time & date, when they are happy then they can lock it in and wont be able to move it anymore, the user must also be able to delete the session. as much data as possible must be sent to PHP backend (time, date, etc). I need to be able to easily manipulate and use this system to integrate it into my project. This will work with a payment system so to book the slot the user will have to make a payment. - double click to place 1-hour block - Can drag block - Can delete block - Once the user confirms (can be a button "confirm") it must pop open a modal (where I will prompt the user to pay)
