Load default clickable image before load iframe embeded code (Wordpress)

Website on Wordpress, the goal is achieve something like social-locker plugin (unfortunately it's to heavy and load to much things which generates to many requests).
Only embeded code like below will be cut from page source code (social-locker use Ajax), and default picture will be shows up. If you click image the iframe content will be load.
