IP\MAC Filter

Hello, i want a page as soon you go to that page you get a google captcha, and while the client verify his self the ip and the mac address of him get saved in the DB, that's it for the client, for the admin i want a simple admin page with login (you don't have to program a new one, use admin pane from github for the low budget :D) as soon the admin log in the admin have page called if list and the admin inter the client ip and get a full statistics for the client -the MAC address -the last ip he joined with -a button to view all the IP's that are related to the mac address - and he can add a note for that mac address so if any other moderator found him he can see the note with the admin\modrator name micro project :)
