Magento2 Magento 2 developer ( design and code) (honest and reliable) - MY BUDGET IS 250 USD -- 3

Hello, the magento 2 website is already existing, and something is nor really working, maybe an update is helping. The Template is porto theme and magento is in 2.2.3 please also update the mageworx product extension, also already installed. It is one webshop with 3 domains german, english and spanish . You can ask me for the domains 1. Update of newest version recently 2.2.6 2. Download all pictures on website for me and send me them or tell me how to get them, that i can compress them (making them smaller) 3. fix all issues for [login to view URL](here must my domain put in) i want to fix all issues on google pagespeed, that the webside runs smarter 4- Last thing, when everything finishes, we will look at the mobile design. I thınk some arrangements may be required also, maybe not, you have to tell me this in advance. 6. actuall no design have to be fixed, the design is perfect like it is recently, the shop must run properly. Please ask me for domain s 7. SSL protection is possible? if yes, please install whatever is necessary, or configure it. 8. Update of mageworx product extension if there is any issue about this! actually the website runs for what i need almost good. 9. Please show me, which issues are recently there, maybe you have a check programm? If we agree, I want to work for a long time, not once, the webshop have 1 database and 3 domains! The Webshop is on Magento 2 (2.2.6) Someone told me, that somebody installed the shop in cache and that is the reason, why it is not running. Is that possible? Maybe it is the best, if you install a pretty new webshop and just copy my old data to the new website, all stuff? is that easier?
