Magento v1.9 skin using 3 designs plus customization

Hi. This work need to be completed for Monday 18th June. We have a Magento v1.9 store with a theme and that we need skinned using 3 designs (we'll provide this in .pdf format) for three pages plus customization : 1. Landing Page 2. Category page 3. Product page Criteria: - Functionality should be kept intact and should look exactly like the designs. - This should be completed by Jun 18th (Monday) - Please only bid if you have done this work before and can complete on time and on budget. - I would like you to use static blocks for footer etc - PHP and HTML required to fit within the theme (Unero) we've installed, which also includes a Theme Builder which we'd like you to use - Cart with Total value and unit value - Different Magento category filter structure on the category page. - Product details page different approach. - Filtration on category page ... might include multiple value selectors as Megento has - Add menu - We'd like to update in the homepage Theme Builder ourselves _ We can install the filter module as we already have this [login to view URL] Please provide a breakdown quote with sections that need customization Again, this should be completed by Jun 18th (Monday), please don't quote unless you can do it by then and you've done this work before.
