Menu modifications in CMS King Media (based on Question 2 Answear)

I would like to fix menu on my website [url removed, login to view] , it’s based on CMS King Media, which is based on free http://www.question2answer.org.
I added custom links to the menu in php because this script doesn’t allow for that through admin panel, and first 3 links in the menu are original (NAJNOWSZE, POPULARNE, WYSOKO OCENIONE), and the rest of them are custom links, and they lead to categories with pictures or tags.
My custom menu is in [url removed, login to view] file, from 135 line:

The problem is such that when I switch between links in the menu, 3 first links are fine but when I clink on the rest of the links navigation bar disappear. It’s not generally an error because for pages with categories and tags, this script doesn’t generate navigation bar, no matter how you get there. (from where)
I think that all templates are generated by [url removed, login to view], and depending on what site should be generated, it generates templates with navigation bar or not. I just need to add these all links (sites) from the menu, to be generated with menu navigation bar. It should be simple fix in the code I guess, just a few lines.

If you know CMS King Media or QA script and know how to simple fix it, or you are just PHP programmer please make an offer, and when you will be working, mark all the modifications in php by comments please for ex.

I know a little HTML and CSS and when I see where modifications have been done and compare this with original code, then I will be able to amend menu by myself in the future. In future as well I would like to add custom css for menu links and blog module, and make some other modifications.
I will provide you with ftp access to temporary site with website [url removed, login to view] and access to admin panel if you need this.
