Mobile App for Shoes Laundry Progress Estimating and Delivery Service

Hi. I wanna build a mobile-based application that requires some kind of requirements in order to simplify my customer flow. And these are our requirement scenarios (Project Scope) below 1. Our cashier are going to input the new transaction depends on customer (For example, customers want to clean their shoe(s) and go to our cashier to make a transaction and give payment) 2. Our customers be able to clean their shoes with home pick-up service also (For example, customers are lazy to go outside this day, and he decides to request my service from app in order to clean their shoes and we will pick their shoes to his house or office perhaps :) ) 3. Laundry-based progress (For instance, our customers need to know how long it take to clean their shoes depends on transaction(s) and while it has been cleaning, app will give you the percentage progress to finish for each transaction also) 4. If customers decide to await their shoes cleaned in our shoe store, then he doesn't need to using delivery system. else, if customers are using pick-up service, then he will informed by app that their shoes are delivering by our courier depends on transaction with google maps's real-time geolocation service. 5. Once our courier has delivered, customers will give payment for our service. Based on our scenario above, i need some features included 1. Backend Web-App - It requires Transaction input fields in order to make some transactions - Able to change color preference of customer's app such as header background color or navigation color, etc - Changing shoe-progress percentage fields that updated by my cleaner which informed automatically to customers belongs to transaction - And Giving us as a management daily, monthly selling and also customer's profile report (able to generated as CSV) 2. Customer Mobile-App - Login and Sign up Feature (Non-social media Auth or Google OAuth feature required. Just email, phone number, address and password required) - Customers able to make some orders with it - Given progress percentage by app about transaction shoe-progress - He also able to track a delivery service from our store to their house with google maps and estimated time if he use pick-up service. 3. Backend Mobile-App (Might be you can use web view only that represent point 1 with mobile app bundling, so you don't need to make a same feature as well as point 1 twice :) ) - It requires Transaction input fields in order to make some transactions - Able to change color preference of customer's app such as header background color or navigation color, etc - Changing shoe-progress percentage fields that updated by my cleaner which informed automatically to customers belongs to transaction - And Giving us as a management daily, monthly selling and also customer's profile report (able to generated as CSV) Project requirements : 1. Ionic 3 / 4 2. PHP or using Laravel Fw. as an API (GET, POST, DELETE) service (Preferred) 3. Backend are using Bootstrap 4 or Foundation (Bootstrap preferred) 4. Backend table report preferred using dataTables ([login to view URL]) 5. Font Family is "Muli" 6. Icons preferred using free Font Awesome or Flat Icon ([login to view URL]) 7.
