ModernBill Help Needed

I am using the ModernBill system on my site. I need someone who is VERY familiar with the ModernBill System and that has worked within the configuration area.

I am needing to have my hosting packages setup so that they will display just like on www.dinix.com.

Next I need a problem fixed within the client area. When my clients are logging in and clicking to view their invoices there should only be 1 Pay Now button which is linked to the PayPal system. Instead it is showing both the Credit Card Pay Online button and the yellow PayPal button. I only want the PayPal button.
