I have a very responsive website [login to view URL] and need the standard chat integrated which pops up when there is a visitor on the website asking them how we can help today. If the visitor initiates a chat by asking a question, I wish to know as part of your proposal how I will receive the query (Whats app or Skype message) so I can reply to them. The colors used in the chat box has to match the blue theme of the website. The chat solutions from a technology perspective has to match the existing technology on the website. The chat solution has to be responsive and thoroughly tested on desktop/laptop, Tablet and Mobile. I wish to convert this website into a Progressive Web App in the near future and hence, this has to be kept in mind while providing a solution. Thanks.
