Hi, Basically what I get from your requirement if there is sign up for blogpost and sign up for newsletter. As person signup's for blog and as you publish new it should be sent to user and for newsletter too seems newsletters are not going well. I can surely get the whole setup checked and fix the necessary issues, having 9 years of wordpress experience so surely I can get this done. For spam the issue is mostly if unwanted content is there or spam is happening and if many spams are reported the chances of new mails going increases but we can use SMTP to avoid this.
