OSHINE THEME: changes/additions to existing website - open to bidding

Hello ConApps- Please confirm you have experience with the OSHINE THEME? I have a newly developed website for my business and will be needing occasional changes and additions (mostly adding images) throughout the year. [login to view URL] If you have someone with real familiarity with Oshine, here would be the first round of changes/additions. The 2nd phase would be in about one month or so...and so on through the year, I would love to get an cost estimate on this so I have a good understanding. Thank you! PRESS PAGE • Add two new magazine pictures which will take the 1st and 2nd slots. (everything else would then move over one and the last two existing pics would be on their own line.) Also add a title and a hyperlink for each that I’ll provide (like the others there). PORTFOLIO: • You will see 6 categories when clicking on the portfolio tab. I need exchange the existing picture for “Foyer, Hallway, Den” category main pic for another one and need it sized to match the others. SERVICE PAGE • There is one extra line of white space/padding over the opening bolded text saying “KL Interiors is a full service, boutique…” that I’d like to remove so everything is raised up the one line. This should shorten the entire page by a line. My goal is so the user can see the words “Form” and “Function” in the bottom section without scrolling down to see the words. • My QUOTE in the darker grey band: I’d like to change the font (a free font which I would send to you to install called Javacom). I love the existing placement of the words and my name (and keeping my name font as it is). Would like to keep the new font text on two lines still if can without making the text smaller? UPDATES • Install Oshine updates and other general plug-in updates (w/out messing up my site!)
