php laravel - looking for small changes and upgrade our website

hi there. im looking for a expert php laravel developer (not a team) he need minimum 3 years experience. he shuld to know to work direct project. he also need to know work with admin panel and angular. what need to do is this things: 1) need cahnge loading animation for anuter from the net 2) copy text from old website to the inner pages (about 40 pages text- copy paste) 3) copy inner pages data (images) - 40 pages too 4) fix some problem at admin panel with editore pages and seo description area --- 5) need creat option to put text from the admin panel at the website in html editor - we have now a copy past area and is not good. really basic things. 6) seo - make it easier for edit each page 7) make the admin panel more easy to use - for edit for control and also put google analitics. 8) creat folder images of the website from the admin panel- can see all images and edit them (title only) 9) make some tiny css fix if need like - color bar or something like that -super tiny. ----------------- anuter site: 1) change text menu font like the inner page. 2) change button opacity 50% 3) make live inner pages and admin panel for control all things (helf working) 4) instagram gallery (is module) fit the size of website. 5) admin panel - make that look better with basic things for control - pages edit / events edit / bio (about us) edit / social media links and icons edit / basic things also need edit. start time: immidetly
