Product Builder and Custom Filters needed for my website

Hi freelancers,
I need a script or extension or plugin that can be integrated into Joomla/WordPress or any other open source shopping carts that can allow me to define product parameters and allow the users to build a custom product.
This extension is needed to custom build a computer. It needs to match the compatible products and produce the final kit with list of all the parts. (including, CPU, RAM, Motherboard, ...) Final kit should generate and save a permanent url for the user, also allow the user to email the kit.
There should be a search box for each product category.
Also the extension should have custom filters to allow the user to narrow down the search results.
