Product Warranty Registration Microsite

Overview • A web-based microsite for customer to register their product warranty after purchase of product. • The microsite are responsive to both mobile and desktop • The front end microsite can be embed into facebook page tab as well Front End Requirement Registration page - User will fill up a form to register their product warranty - Fields: Full Name, Contact, Email, Model Number, Serial Number, Date of Purchased - Prior to submission, include a button for customer to follow product FB to get extra 1 year warranty - Upon completion of registration, direct to a thank you page and a confirmation will be sent to customer via email (Optional feature: can snap a pic or upload the receipt) Warranty T&C page - A page show full details about warranty - text and some tables. Back End Requirement Admin login - Simple 2 fields login, email and password User level - 2 level of admin: Super admin and admin • Super admin can create and remove another super admin • Super admin can create and remove admin user Functions for back end - Import previous warranty data into the system - Able to export warranty data in excel format - Can view & search warranty user (with filter) by data range (e.g. by name / receipt) - can hide/unhide expired warranty registration ***Design will be provided
