PSD to wordpress template

We have a PSD design that needs to be converted into Wordpress template. The Page needs to be responsive
You will need to create this page on our Wordpress account as a template - we will use it to add different variations of the page.
The submit quote /call to action button should collect information into the AR form that we have setup on our adwrods.
Instead of the banner in the example we will be using GIF video, so you will need to integrate this - and we should be able to change the GIF if needed.
- The call to action button in the PSD has turned off switch color/hover over color option
- After the call to action button - you will see writings - it is reviews by the client (there will be 3, that need to rotate left to right)
- In psd I provided only 3 images in the Sample of our work (you will need to create a gallery in which that we can upload sample images of our work - as many as we want)
This is a simple PSD to Wordpress template build out. Attached is the PNG file, but once hire I will provide the PSD
