Not quite sure what you mean by make site responsive as a reference site. Does that mean set it up to search for a list of answers to a question? I have nine years of experience designing, deploying and maintaining Railss sites and used versions 2 through 5. I also have significant experience with System administration of Unix/Linux systems and Dev Ops with both internet slice servers, Heroku and AWS.
