save pdf data to mysql

You need a server which supports PDF extraction and DOM and some libraries which has to be used so PHP can extract these voter ID dataas into MYSQL database. This is long term work and MUCH pricer work so PM me for more details as i am from Bangalore and i work fulltime as freelancer.
