Server synchro nginx, php and MySQL - with security.

We have a system to manage data in the cloud. It uses one server with nginx and several databases qith MySQL, we also use PHP fpm. We need someone to set up 3 different servers (we will give them) these three servers should be load balanced. I mean, it doesn't make sense to have 100 users in one server and 0 in the other ones. Also, when we upload a file to anyone of this servers, the file should be transferred to the other servers too, and the same goes with MySQL database. We should have different databases in all the servers, but all of them should have the same info. In fact we need clones around the world. Why? Just for uptime. If one servers goes down the user should be redirected to the other server and "someone" should notify us that the server is down. We also need someone to setup nginx, php-fpm and MySQL properly to handle thousands of requests, I know that the default config is not really powerful and can cause the system to freeze if it's not set up properly. Also the servers should be really reliable, we will use them to store personal data, so we want to secure them with ssh keys that will be stored in the computers in our office. And if it's possible we would love to enable Google Auth, so each time we login the system will check if the ssh key is in the computer, and then ask for the Google key, which will change every 30 seconds. We are open to suggestions. We need a professional in this sector to do this job and even give us ideas or details if he has a better idea to perform this task.
