Simple Website to map user locations

I need a website that allows users to register an account, mark a home location, possibly mark ancillary locations, choose to share those locations publicly or privately, and message other users. I have conceptualized this being done with [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], but any solution is suitable. My needs are almost identical to [login to view URL] I would like to allow a user to pin their location, and make that location and contact details available to others who have done the same. I would also like users to be able to pin other locations and chose to share them or not. Like, here is where I live, and here are 2 locations I enjoy hiking, for example Most important is users pinning their home location, so other users can find friends in their local area who do a similar activity The secondary location feature can be 2.0 additions if the concept show promise and is adopted by my audience Also, a simple admin area to delete or manually add a location
