The software (sw) architecture would depend on whether you want Order Taking for QSR or Fine Dine outlet or Food Court. We had delivered sw for a QSR pizza and salad outlet in Australia where the variety of toppings was vast and also consisted of sub-varieties too. Same was the situation with salads too. The customer had to first select their choice for crust, toppings/sub-toppings, variety of cheese etc. The price was calculated accordingly. We had developed this sw on Android tab. The admin could very easily change their menu/prices on the web and the same would synch with the menu on tab at the tap of a button. Several times in the day sales could be uploaded to the web server where several pre-formatted reports can be made available. The customer details and loyalty point program can be added as per your requirement with a provision for the admin to change the point award criteria. We have experience with Fine Dine Order Taking too. We intend to offer something similar in India for a one time small setup fee plus a low per month per outlet/user subscription fee.
