Text sorting, organizing and file creation script . . . quickly.

This can be a web script or a standalone script on my machine. It can use any kind of scripting language and does not have to be PHP or Javascript. I wonder if you know of a script already available? I need a script that will sort large lists of keyword phrases into separate text files according to the words in the phrase AND create all possible combinations for each entry in the file. For example: The following phrases will be in a .txt file: professional editor rates professional editor service professional editors professional editors freelance professional editors nonfiction professional editors novels professional editors service professional editors services would be separated into 7 files like so: 1) professional [login to view URL] professional editor rates professional editor service professional editors professional editors freelance professional editors nonfiction professional editors novels professional editors service professional editors services 2) editor [login to view URL] professional editor rates 3) editor [login to view URL] professional editor service professional editors service professional editors services etc. Also, all various combinations (including plural and singular forms) for each phrase should be added to the file. For example: professional editors novels professional novels editors professional editor novels professional novel editors novels professional editors novels editors professional novels editors professionals etc etc. Could you do this for me quickly or is this a complicated time consuming task?
