Tracking logistics system - more like search engine

I am looking to make a simple tracking/search system (of shipment status) for our 4 employees to follow up everything, the majority of it as following: 1- One front-end PHP Page to have the Track/search the shipment field by entering shipment Nr./Container Nr. and/or Customer Nr, if the result has two duplicated numbers show them sorted by date. 2- Another back-end page which logged in by Admin username (which is the manager) where he can add/remove/edit shipments, and another username for the employees to be able to "add & edit" status of shipment only, but they cannot remove tables on MYSQL. The manager log on the back-end page, add the shipment information including companies names, shipper, receiver, weight, waybill number, and some other fields and tables, and then the employee log in their account and keep adding "status" of the order until they mark it as "delivered", they also need to upload/attach related files to the shipment into the database, and be able to download it. One last thing, the tracking PHP front-end page to be able to be exported into a PDF file with company logo and so on.
