tweak my php script so it works and looks a little different.

This is not a big job but for the amount of time the pay is good and worth a great feedback. i have great reputation on here. i have a viral lock script written in php. It is 2 php files, well documented and fairly simple to adapt, but I'd like a few things changed up. Please see attached [login to view URL] and see url so you can understand how it functions. It's not very complicated but I don't want to assume you are a mind reader. About the current script. 1) I don't like how you can't format the text with html since its a line of php. obviously, someone with php skills make it work Just go here to see how the current script works. [login to view URL] Once you click the fb like, tweet, or gplus icon it sends the canned msg out and unlocks the next page which is a form the user fills out. The form is done and wont need any work unless a bug is found. I think its fine. I am looking to remove the gplus from the script. The following buttons with be on the script. Twitter Follow, FB Like, FB Share and Tweet. 3 actions need to be taken to unlock the page that leads to the form. For example. User will click... 1) Follow button. 2) FB Like Button 3) FB Share Button or Tweets canned message. If Tweet is clicked I'd like the media entity to be included so youtube video shows within tweet. Once done, form page unlocks and opens. Please note I am looking to use 'follow' code, 'tweet' code, 'like' code, and 'share' code. Rather than the combined fb like+share code. but we can chat about it.
