Upgrade Magento from 1.9.2.1 to 1.9.2.2 version

Hello,
Recently i upgraded my magento version by myself using this guideline: [url removed, login to view]
First: i log in into magentoconnect manager and follow the step on above link like : Deleting both the [url removed, login to view] folder as well as the text file manually. Here is the screenshot: [url removed, login to view] T
hen, the upgrade process succeed, but when i try the homepage and click on the one of the mega menu, then the error occur, please see the screenshot: [url removed, login to view] so, i just restore my website by to the previous version which is 1.9.2.1
Your job is to upgrade from 1.9.2.1 to 1.9.2.2 without any error.
My theme is fully compatible with 1.9.2.2 because i already upgrade it. About my magento extension, i have latest version that is compatible with 1.9.2.2 version, like magestore extension (One step checkout & FAQ), Pagecache Varnish, Potatocommerce FPC, compressor (Js,css, images), iksanika product manager (advanced).
