The goal is to test and evaluate the usability of our website and application, both online (web browser version) and our mobile version. Additionally we would like feedback/review regarding our landing page and how it integrates into the solution. Main goals and expected results: 1. Look and feel (Readability) a. Use of colors, fonts, formatting and generic layout of solution and landing page. 2. Navigation is the flow “user experience” (according to UX specialist) of actions/forms logical in the solution. 3. Is the solution and landing page mobile friendly? a. Is the layout fluid enough? b. Is it consistent between forms / functions? c. Does it work on all browsers? 4. Is the solution presented in an understandable manner that needs minimal training / assistance We expect a report outlining the results / findings of the review. We furthermore expect tips and guidance in where and how we could do better in the UI design and flow.
