Web Mambo Template creation and modification

I have a web design that I need to have created into a Mambo template. The design is in a Photoshop file (in layers) that I will provide. Images are enclosed with this description. In the template to be used for a front page or portal to the site, I'll need 3 areas to be created... one for a random image, one for headlines (Mambo's Latest News component), and finally to have a dynamic menu copied from another template that I plan to use for inside pages. I'll provide that template so the drop-down "suckerfish" menu can be used. One thing that needs to be clear is that the random image will include just a piece of the church tower, so I'll need a slice of the photoshop file with a layer for the piece of the tower that I'll need for additional photos to be rotated. The images here should help explain what I need. I will have 4 different version of this template that need to be created. Each has a different color scheme and stained glass window. All are contained in layers in the Photoshop file. I'll also include the template that I need modified slightly for the inside pages. I need to have the template widened to 800 pixels wide, as it is presently too narrow for our use. The template I'm using for inside pages is "Blogtopia" found on Jamboworks.com. In the end, I'll have 5 templates... 4 different versions of our front page portal(one for each season), and one modified widened version of an already created Mambo template.
