website debug and reworking

The following things are what I told my developer to do to the website which he did not fully do. Kindly check the site and let me know if you can do this 1. for the “Apply as a porn star” post, When someone applies for the job of a porn star by filling the form, we want the person to get an auto email so he would know that the form was successfully filled and that he would be contacted for further details. I tried doing this by configuring the notification but when I or others register, they are not getting the auto response confirmation message. Hence I don’t know if I was successful or not.
