Looking for a website developer. Prefer one who has experience with Open Access Journal Publishing website development, farmilar with technical request for Google Scholar Indexing and other open access indexing. Farmilar with CPanel and WordPress. Farmiliar with SEO to Google, Baidu, and other popular search engines suggested. We have contents on exsiting website in a prebuilt website builder, but need to upgrade to meet specific technical requirement for indexing. The website need to present html, searchable pdf, xml of articles/books published. The site will be managed by non-technical one to upload content daily. You may give suggestions whether CPanel or Wordpress is better for long-term updates and maintance of the website. You may look at an example website like [login to view URL] for reference about the website function, though the appearance can be different. The website development should also cover a period bug fixing and maintance, please also clarify. Maybe more skills is required besides those listed below, you may give a bit explanation.
