WHMCS Expert

Hello, We need an expert in WHMCS. We have a custom module in WHMCS which is generating an XML file when the invoice is paid in whmcs and is saving the xml files in a folder on the server. And we have another PHP file OUTSIDE WHMCS which is checking the folder where XML files are being saved and is sending the newly created xml file with CURL to a remote API. Everything is working fine but the outside file that is sending the XML to the API is being executed by cron. What we need to do is to take the part of code that this file has that sends through CURL to the remote API and adapt it inside the WHMCS module that is generating the XML, so when the invoice is paid the module not only generates the xml file as it is already doing but it also sends the generated xml file to the API through CURL. You will NOT have access to our whmcs and to our server. You will be provided the two files and you have to get the piece of code from the cron file and add and adapt it inside the WHMCS hooks file so it works correctly. Once it is done you will send it to me, I will test it and I will let you know if it is working correctly. You have to enable debugging and errors to debug it because this is not an easy task. We have tried the most basic things but it is not working so bid only if you are an expert because I will not accept trial and error. We opened a project like this yesterday and the freelancer got a bad review because couldn't complete even after we explicitely asked him to be sure. Please do not bid if you are not an expert and or haven't read correctly everything.
