WordPress advice for new project

We are starting up a new online business and have been advised to create our site in WordPress because of the many plugin options available. We are looking for an expert in WordPress, membership plugins, shop cart options and Articulate Storyline publishing. Initally we need advice. Once we have content ready, we will likely need someone to build it for us. We need to create the site from scratch but cant work out what plugins to use because there's so many different options. This is a summary of what we are trying to create... - A multimedia course (product) in Articulate Storyline that customers can buy - There are three buy-in options (think of them like Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum packges) - What they are given access to depends on what level they buy. - We want customers to have the choice of paying by Paypal or credit card online. - We want customers to access the online course with a username and password but cant decide which plug-in to use. We dont need a complicated shop-cart. - We want to capture their information and integrate a series of autoresponder emails - We want to use overlays but dont know how to make that work with WordPress or what plugin to use - We want to create separate landing pages to work with our LinkedIn advertising campaign We want to hear from you if you are a WordPress expert with great understanding of how the different plugins are used. And if you know when to use which plugins and the sort of business they're most suited to. Ideally you'll have experience publishing Articulate Storyline projects because these are the main products we are selling. I will pay $10 for the best advice for our project initially with a view to having that freelancer develop our wordpress site once we have prepared all the content.
