WordPress plugin

Well I want to create a Wordpress plugin that helps users to split post to multiple pages with next and back button: here are the Requirement: 1- Create a plugin that will help users to split posts into multiple pages 2- add zones on the admin panel in order for users to add ads code above and below the next and back button 3- add a CSS zone so users can customise the next and back buttons as they like! 4- creat some demo buttons style for users to chose from 5- integrate the plugin with a Licensing system so users need a Licence key to use the plugin monthly, i prefer to use WHMCS Addon Licensing Manager 6- encrypt the plugin, with ioncube as an example so no one can crack the plugin! 7- you will deliver the encrypted and unencrypted scripts to me, and in the next 2 months i'll contact the chosen developer again in order to help me with updating the plugin so we can keep updating the plugin in a regular way -8 about the timeline i'll need the project after 3weeks max so if you could do it earlier that will be better! if you can do this project please send me a message, also i'm looking for a good developer so he/she can help me with my future projects, so kindly a long term of business kind regards
