WordPress Plugin Enhancement

NEED: Serious PHP/WordPress plugin developers only (no design needed) I am building a website using a particular WordPress plugin called Quiz and Survey Master. However, I need to enhance the plugin by creating an extension for it (the master plugin allows for extensions) that will read past surveys and rescore them, because this functionality is not supported by the main plugin. This extension will technically be a separate, new plugin. Requirements: * Create a new WordPress plugin, compatible with WordPress 5.0 * Plugin extends the functionality of the Quiz and Survey Master plugin (I have other extensions for this plugin that you can look at and model the new plugin upon) * Functionality: * Add a button to an existing WordPress CPT (a quiz) that will trigger the rescore functionality * Plugin will find all existing records of the quiz type and will rerun them through the core scoring algorithm in the master plugin * Results will be saved back into the database in the same format as they came out (it’s a serialized PHP object) * Excellent PHP and object-oriented programming skills * All code must be regularly checked into a Git repo and reviewed by a separate developer (not me) More background context: I am building a legal prediction website (think Fantasy Sports but for legal cases). Users make predictions by filling out quizzes on the website. The Quiz and Survey Master plugin allows you to assign point values to the correct answers. However I will not know which answer is the "correct" answer until AFTER the quiz has been taken. Thus whenever a user takes a quiz (in other words makes a prediction) they get a score that is zero, which is fine because no one knows the outcome yet. Then once the case has been decided I enter the "correct" answers. Right now the database of predictions does not refresh and everyone's score will stay as zero. I need a way to refresh or resubmit the database of answers so that once I enter scores, every users submission will be updated with those new scores.
