Wordpress theme customization, data import and front end changes

We have a data base of 100 000 financial advisors and want to build a directory where people can search for advisors. We selected a theme for this job, but it needs some customization : [login to view URL] We need to create custom fields so the theme meets our needs, as well as change the front end design. We will provide you with designs. We will allow advisors to claim their listing using the claim listing plugin made by AIT. We will allow adivsors to pay to be able to get more visibility and customizations options within the directory. We need to bulk import our data base into the website. The website will be available in two languages. Project Description: We are creating a directory of advisors. To achieve this, we decided to use the theme Directory+ developed by AIT Theme. Because the theme does not fit exactly our needs we need come cusomization and that's why we ask for your services. Here are some of the task that need to be done - UI As you can see, the actual UI does not correspond exactly at what we want. Is it possible for you to change it? - IMPORTATION The theme is provided with a plugin to import data from a CVS, our list of advisor contains aournd 100 000 profile which as to be imported in two languages (Enlish and French). The plugin does the import in only one language, is it possible to change the plugin so it the import create entrees for both languages and linked together so when a user change the website language it automatically switch to the right profile ? - FIELDS The theme provides some fields by default and because we need more, we installed the Extended Fields plugin provided by AIT Theme. Is it possible to change the import CVS plugin so it import the right data in the extended fields ? - CLAIM We want people to be able to claim a profile if it's them. To do that we installed the Claim plugin provided by AIT Theme. It works well with one language, but not so much with more than one. When a user claim a profile, it is claimed for the current language and not the other, that means the user will have to claim the profile twice, one for each language. Is it possible for you to adapte the plugin so it claims the profile in all language at once ? -Transfer Once the project is completed, we need to change the domain name and transfer the wordpress on our production server. Is it the best way to do that or we should use the right domain from the get go? In your experience, how many hours do you think this will take you? Also, can you give me a breakdown of how you would do the project by steps and how many hours each steps requires? Finally, can you provide me with a schedule for the project? When would it be finished if we give you the contract right now?
